I think I got scammed .... I found someone named Disaster1989 who was selling private CID's and it seemed legit based off of everyone in the thread on another forum thanking him. I paid using paypal and the CID was supposed to automatically come to my email and I have been waiting close to an hour now. I decided to do a google search of his name and CID and it brought me to a thread on consolecrunch that talked about how he is a scammer.. I wish I did research first instead of being so quick to send money. I am feeling the rage a bit now, I will give it a bit longer and if I do not have a CID in my email by then I guess that I am going to open a dispute since paypal will not let me cancel the payment... I have learned from this though and now I feel that I will likely not attempt to buy another one online and will just salvage dead ps3's and extract them myself.
Yea Disaster runs the other ConsoleCrunch site, people may thank him, but then they realize they get scammed by him, he removes users that figure it out and complain about it and or deletes their messages. Our ConsoleCrunch sellers
@UnboundGodz and
@Emaƞuεl are trusted and sell legitimate Private CIDs+PSIDs. I apologize that he did that to you, your best bet is to dispute the transaction for the funds you sent to him, most of the time you can get it back since its digital and a CID Paypal will most likely have no issue with getting your funds back. Besides, it most likely will get his Paypal banned, which is good because he needs to be stopped when it comes to scamming his own members. He just doesnt care. -_-
