If you don't log out or turn off your console after CID was banned - you can still play some games online, like Dark/Demon's souls.

black ops2 too, but after cid get banned for couple hours i always get disconnected from server and can't get back to multiplayer mode anymore even though my psn id still logged in with that banned id

For DS you can quit game, go multiman, load GTA V, check that you can't go online, play some singleplayer, load multiman again, mount DS and go online :]

Also BO2 is INSTANT BAN, don't ever play it on these CID's.

Hiding data won't help if you play BO2, prerelased or modded games. I don't hide data, and I don't play any modded games online (nor do I have any) - that keeps my acc from being banned.

As far as I know you can get it only if it's 3.55 or less, by installing CFW and MultiMan or some other software, or with flasher.

It's probably not true, you can't get CID, you can get other ID which you can't use to unban console.
