Custom Built PC Freeze Ups, Crashes Need Solutions To Fix

The title basically says it all, but im getting tired of this, i want to produce more and better content on YouTube and other such things i spend my time doing i would like to enjoy more but due to this BS issue i can not.

The Build Is As Follows:

- Case: Thor v2
- Motherboard: EVGA LGA 1150 Intel Z87 Classified 152-HW-E878-KR
- Operating System: Windows 8 Pro 64-bit
- CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K Quad Core, 4.0GHz, 8MB Cache
- RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2133MHz
- SSD: Crucial M4 2.5" 256GB/s SATA III MLC
- HDD: 3TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0GB/s 3.5" Model: WL3000GSA6472
- GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 SuperSC ACX 2.0+ [2GB]
- PSU: Viotek Standard ATX 140MM Fan 850W Modular Power Supply

Issue(s):
- Random Freeze Up (Requires Reboot, Repeat Issue)
- Random Freeze Up w/ Buzz (Same As First, Requires Reboot, Repeat Issue)
- Blue Crash (Requires Reboot, Only Happened Once)

Done So Far:
- So far done, tested RAM, appears to have no issues and no errors as MemTest showed none.
 
have you checked compatibilty issues between OS and hardware might have a common issue

Win10 has piracy protection fact dat lel when i got Action! it threw up shit load of messages lel
 
Reseat CPU. Check Mainboard connectors. Try a clean win 8 installation or any OS you prefer. Bad data in system32 I guess. Switch to a clean and only one clean, Hdd for testing boot.

Are you still having this issue? If it made a buzzing noise im wording if its a post beep.

Since ive downgraded it has frozen once. ;< Better then before but the fact that it freezes in general isnt good because i could be in the middle of something and then FROZENNNNNNNN ;p

I'm starting to wonder if its the sata cable or port thats connecting you SSD

Is there away to know or check? I mean ive got backup cables, just need to get them from box and closet but is there anyway to really test them or nah? Just swap them out for others and hope.

There really isnt a way to test them. The only way is swapping them and checking if it works.
