dex tools won't connect

i got my target manager up and working fine and it connects!

im connected via ethernet cable.

release check mode: development mode
boot mode: system software mode
network settings for debug: single settings

im 100% sure i have a debug eboot cause it is a debug eboot and it auto loads me to multiplayer when i use multi debug eboot and auto load me to zombies when i use zombie debug eboot and i've used this eboots before so im sure they're working!

but why won't my rtm tools connect?

omg have to download it again since chrome blocked it

target manager opens and connects but rtm tool says unable to find ps3tmapi.dll now

Search it on your pc or get a tool with the dll. Then place it in the folder of the tool to use.

when i spoof and disable cfw syscalls using pnspatch! that possible may be the problem?

I don't know. I only spoofed the FW version but never disabled syscalls.

ok that was not the problem and it will still not connect! i've tried to flash the eid0 again, and switched retail between cex and dex still not work;(
