does anybody have the make_self_wc.exe tool? I've looked everywhere..

As the title says im looking for a file that has become almost impossible to fine. I've looked everywhere and spent hours searching and can't find it.

make_self_wc.exe

thats what i need to make .elf files into .self with compression.
I'll post up , when Im finish what i've done.
