Does LBP1 have a Mod Menu like LBP2?

Title says it all really. I see all of these Mod Menus for LBP2 but not for LBP1. Does anyone know if LBP1 does indeed have a mod menu? If you possess one may I please have it?

To use it, go to multiMan, delete your files and replace them with the one inside the other profile. This mod only works on HFW/CFW. Hope I could help!
