I'm pretty sure that I've given cids out to people on Skype you have to be online at the right time because I go through my contacts 100+ and look who's from cc and online and I send them a message you want CID and if they reply I give them the rules and the CID

Please don't call him a scam so easily. Usually a scam involves the other party to lose something but hes not telling anyone to download something in order to get a console ID or anything.

guys new way to never get banned what you do is get you pblic or private id put on get online go on your game of choice play the game before you play in multiplayer change your console id to any fake bull crap cid number with a tool that has console id changer in it lol your still online but if it gets bann its not the one that got you online so there for bo2 is now able to be modded with no bann of Console crunches ids if you use this method (;
