Downgrade from 4.75 OFW to 3.55 CFW

Is there any other way? For example downgrading to any other and then to 3.55

You can purchase a downgrade service on eBay for around £30 and somebody will downgrade it for you.

I'm on 4.75 OFW and I want to downgrade to 3.55 CFW, or anything but just to get to CFW, anything to play games without buying CD's , It's really hard to get games for PS3 on a CD in my country.
