Isn't the sprx called eflc.sprx? You're supposed to put the sprx in your tmp folder and the EBOOT.BIN in dev_hdd0/game/ BLES00887-[GTA Episodes from Liberty City]/USRDIR don't put the sprx and eboot in your USB.

In the file mentioned GTAIV.sprx
I copied the game from the usb to the internal disk, but the problem I encountered was loading for the pictures, the image would become dark in color and infinity loading
