Filezilla Not Connecting

So my filezilla will not connect to my ps3 what so ever i have ftp enabled i tried reinstalling filezilla nothing seems to work on it anyone know how to help?

I've never seen this happen. I know sometimes if your Cappi isn't downloaded 100% It won't work?

Most PS3 IPs I lnow are 192.168.254.(There #) EX- 192.168.254.34

Are you on stuff you can FTP with? Ex : Rebug Toolbox / MultiMan?
