Filezilla won't connect today

Everything worked fine yesterday. Nothing has changed on my PC. Tried to connect today and I am getting
"Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".

Rebooted my router, restarted my PS3, tried a second PS3, installed Filezilla on second pc and still get "Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server". I am able to use CCAPI with no issues.

Any ideas? TIA

Hey bro open Multiman and make sure FTP Server is enabled, Then try to connect. let me know how you get on.
