This realese is for ps3 and it works in public lobby
Common.rpf

You can use weapon in your apartement and garage
weapon unlimited
You can use weapon in passif mode
You can use weapon in vehicle
Mod paintball ( fire color blue )
The bood is blue
The police is unarmed
Spawn pnj : cosmonautes; clowns, robots ( beach and other place )
Certain cops are those of north Yankton

BONUS : you can give stungun to yours friends
firemen have stungun
you need call 911 or dstroy car for firemen comes
Kill the fireman and the stungun will be in the floor
yours friends will can take it ( same without ps3 jailbreak )
But if they leave the lobby they lost it

Cars, boats, heli, planes have green or pink interior light color , the taxi have a green light around cars ( nice )

i test it bro like it..
only change handling file to myn because cars dont turn easy..
and if i shoot alot with modded guns (also pll are close to me get it) all pll left or get froze no idea wat happend need test it out with friends.
can u give me list were u change all this for upgrade it for personal use..
