Getting error changing active ps3id?

Hello, i recently changed from cex to dex and when i attempted to login it gave me a error and figured out I had to change my active ps3id in the rebug toolbox. It worked for a while but now when i try to change my active ps3id it gives me a error saying it had a issue searching for Idps. Does anyone have this same issue?

If it tells you that the console can not be found means the console I'D is not real one..
