So, I was getting this message a lot and I figured out a way to solve this, check out below :
  1. You'll have to sign in then load to the story mode.
  2. Go to the online mode, it will say "Timed Out"
  3. Sign out of PSN
  4. Sign in again and load GTA online, the message will disappear
  5. Enjoy !
