NOT SO MODDED MODS 
Today NSMM released his mp_beach/business mods and my highlife mods. I personally like to have modded weapons and cars but not to the point where everyone near you is doing it or if you get in someone else's car it lags from the speed difference.
After the new update R* changed the handling.dat to handling.meta. I've been trying to get the regular cars working again but the only way I've had any success is the update.rpf

BEACH WEAPONS: WORKING
Sometimes with different files on, the mods on weapons like the rpg, nadelauncher, stungun don't work. idk why yet
* Pistol.50: shoots high explosive bullets
* SNS: shoots water hydrants
* Bottle: is a sniper that shoot high explosive bullets
* Special carbine: has high lock on with increased damage
* RPG: shoots faster
* Snipers: increased damage
* Knife: is a sniper that shoots fire
* Stungun: Rapid fire
* Molotov: Throws knifes that has little explosions

How do i install the modded beach file?
For the beach modded weapons open any file manager or ftp and go to /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS31156/usdir/DLC/ and replace the dlc_mpbeach with mine.

How do i install the cars for business and beach?
After the new update i could only get old dlc cars to work in the update.rpf. Open any file manager or ftp and go to /dev_hdd0/games/BLUS31156/USDIR replace the update.rpf with mine

All High life DLC cars now have godmode
All DLC Cars for highlife have first person mod while driving and gives you all weapons. Thnx x2 pluses1 !
