Ok So i have heard this problem growing everywhere on the web rockstar is aware of the problem but it seems like they are taking there good old time to fix it. The problem occurred when the 1.15 update released and it has been a problem since .Nobody knows how to fix it 100 percent yet but there are some ways to possible get it working for a little while. Now i have been testing all sorts of ways to fix this horrible glitch and i think i found some possible ways to fix it. But first i must say theres no need to restore your file system or delete game saves/data because this will not do nothing but waste your time.With that said lets begin
1. when you first boot up the game hold l1 l2 r2 r1 until you see the rockstar display screen after this try to join a
rockstar match but do not adjust your settings.
2.load up storymode and have one of your friends invite you to a job note that you must complete or fail the job for this to work.
3.if not alredy created one make a second player for gta online and try getting online with it.
