It takes a little time...

We are talking about 400kbps internet connection dude, it's not like yours which is 1 mbps the minimum maybe yours is 100mbps I don't know what but, 400kbps is not doing the job.

only thing i can tink of now is that you to to look for the pkg and install it true that

Well, I'm going to search more for other PKG's.

Still nothing, I think maybe it is the update.rpf, I'll try to change it with a modloader.

Used a modloader, nothing worked, deleted the install and the update, then reinstalled the update, I did and that install 8486 MB, still nothing. Any other ideas guys?

Well, had time to do it this time is faster, Doing it with the start-the-game-ask-for-update way, I'll tell you the results then I'll share it to you guys. (If it succeeds).

This is what I did:

-Went to game data utility, deleted ONLY the update
-Started GTA 5, asked me for the update, took 3-4 hours to complete.

Thanks to QmTModZ for helping me out no matter he's writing 'u' instead of 'you' words like that, but I understand those words and what is he saying, thank you dude,

SOLVED.

Remember never give up, I did not give up spending 4 hours for the download.
