The reason PsychedelicJake is releasing this is because he want's other developers to make awesome tools and to really advance the GTA 5 Modding Scene.
This tool allows you to edit and view the codepages, script strings, and natives. It does NOT convert the assembly code into high level C code. Mainly because it's pointless and a lot of people would still have problems understanding it.
