Here you guys go, had this since nam (16203 Dash). Created in bout 20 mins not obfuscated or protected in anyway so be my guest on decompiling it, and throwing it in your own tools. Connects using XDRPC. You must spoof before joining an online game otherwise you wont appear spoofed for other players.

Yes this will allow you to spoof as admins and have their admin powers.
