What menu are you using? Did you try changing your DEBUG settings? Have you tried reinstalling the game?
 
Same problem that's why I don't be gta for couple days

Man I remember when GTA 5 was perfectly fine till the latest update | 1.26 "1.25" | Was the best update that was released!! in my opinion <3
