Hello, since GTA Online is starting to become dry with all these RPC tools which freeze - this is a way to use the mod menu in online game by yourself. There's no current bypass yet, this was edited by Raymo2u of which has some new animations.

TUTORIAL:

Just place the update.rpf as the video shows you, ignore everything else that's not involving the update.rpf, this footage is old but still is valid.

No bro, you need to place the update.rpf over the default update.rpf as the TUTORIAL video shows.

... How is it for 1.13? The youtube tutorial is showing on a 1.13 update, but that's a example for where you place the update.rpf. The VCA is for 1.17...
