GTA V - Files required to play GTA online could not be downloaded

Hey guys, have been getting this error for a few days now, and have tried most things, from:
-uninstalling and installing game
-removing eboot, update, and sprx and installing originals
-removing saved date utility

These are just a few things I tried to get it to work, but no luck... I don’t know what else to do much help would be above the moon appreciated, thanks!!!

I've had this in the past,

It is very annoying to do but i would try

1. Go into recovery mode > Select restore file system (This will not remove your CFW)
2. Delete the game / update from your HDD and install every update pkg from 1.06 onwards to 1.27
3. Load up the game with the original files.

The most annoying part is number 2, but this should work for you bro. I know when it happened to me i deleted the game and it didn't fix it but someone said to install every update individually and it worked.

Don’t worry, the fix was simple, all I had to do was reinstall the v14pkg version of semjases and it fixed it a few days ago
