PS3 GTA V Not starting!!

Im attempting what you have said. Hopefully this works. Also I have downloaded GTA V Duplex for ps3 so I can see if its a disc problem or not.

alright so i have gta for the psn store but it wont launch it just gives me error 80010017 i have deleted and redownloaded the game 4 times now.(btw im on cfw 4.82 rebug dex)
