Here's a free download for simple download and install....

This is Gta 5 USB MOD after patch 1.25 No Jailbreak.
  1. You Need download rigth file if on your Gta 5 disc typed BLUS you need download BLUS if its typed BLES download BLES version.
  2. When you downloaded zip file you need extract PS3 file with winrar.
  3. Than you need format your USB stick to FAT32 format than drag PS3 file to your USB.
  4. Than go on your PS3System Settings>Format Utility>Yes>Quick format.
  5. When it formatted plugyour USB stick than go Backup Utility>Restore.
  6. Now you can go GTA if it ask for DLC you do it wrong.You can playOnline/Offline. You can mod high rank anddelete mods and play with normal players!
