A very stable of a RPC tool which was created by Pyro577, personally its one of the most stable free rpc tools your going to find on this update.

It has features such as:
- Object Spawner [Preset and Custom]
- Drift Mod [Vehicle]
- Explosive Punch [Self]
- Anti-Ragdoll [Self]
- Open All Doors [Vehicle]
- Rain Money [Players/Self]
- Explode / Burn [Players/Self]
- Give 1 Million GTA Dollars [Players/Self]

It has other typical options which you'll obviously suspect from the tool (e.g. godmode, infinite ammo, visions and etc).

TIPS:
DON'T SPAM OPTIONS, IT'LL CAUSE FREEZE.

YOU'LL HAVE TO PRESS TWICE OR EVEN MORE TO GET THE DRIFT MOD TO FUNCTION.

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PRESS "FIX CAR" AS THAT CAUSES FREEZE ALSO.

It does connect, make sure your target manager/ccapi is on by connecting them to your console. Also if that doesn't help, please try connecting the tool twice and see if its working by loading up the client list or switching on some features like godmode.

If you need further assistance, you know where I am lol... :P
 
i cant connect either my ccapi 2.60 is on and connect from my laptop to my ps3 their connected but cant connect this tool tried connecting twice with what you said nothing is available

I have got my playstation connected with ccapi. And when I try to connect it to the mod menu it just says "Unable To Connect!"
