Is it possible to modded a gta5 account from ps3 and transfer it to xbox360 or xbox1 or is it only work on PC Gta5 Modded on STEAM and transfer it on any console xbox or PSN?

Transfer PS3 > Xbox One
Transfer PS3 > Computer
Transfer PS3 > PS4

Transfer Xbox 360 > Xbox One
Transfer Xbox 360 > Computer
Transfer Xbox 360 > PS4

You Cannot Transfer Any The Following Down Below
Transfer Xbox 360 > PS3
Transfer PS3 > Xbox 360
Transfer Next Gen > Old Gen

But Overall i Heard You Cannot Transfer Any Accounts To Next Gen (Current Gen) Anymore They Said Its Ending March 6 2017
