Habib 4.70 Cobra 1.02 starbucks beta​

PS2 ON NON -BC :
1.Since cobra 4:50 ++ classics used unencrypted mem card , ITS now fixed
2.no blackberries classic_ps2 flag is needed , if iso mounted , run placeholder / legit and iso ps2 npdrm will boot ( notice we do need classics mem card not the unencrypted one)
3.new method adapted in cui disk icon for ps2 is not affected at all , just sync lose there

INSTRUCTIONS :
Maintain synchronization of the controller on the XMB and install the game via the launcher
If any statement is unclear , please consult the thread release rebug habib 4.65 and 4.66 / 4.70
