Help compiling a working eboot

Hello im new to this. im trying to compile xmbm+ installer source from github. it compiles no issues, i get a folder named pkg with param.sfo and icon and usrdir with eboot. the issue is if i make a .pkg from pkg folder as is and sign it and install it and run it i get the user aggreement popups first run then back to xmb, if run again straight back to xmb i beleave i need to sign the eboot but seem to be doing something wrong.

If so then use e/s/s/s/e eboot resigner that lets you sign eboots then use a pkg repacker to pack it back up then you can try to install it and see if it works
