Help ps3 black ops 2

1. I freeze on black ops 2 everytime i try to play online or sign in why i even tryed to sign in through the xmb but it freezes anyway

X-KILZZ-X posted this in the Shoutbox, It may be because you have corrupted game files go to game save utility and then black ops 2 install then delete it and load up the game and reinstall it
