PS3 [Help] Rank keeps resetting

Hi, my rank keeps resetting every time, if i rank my self up and go online play a couple games to save it. That does not seem to help when i am at the main menu it says completion 1200% but i'm always level 1 when i load the game back up.

Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

Try using an older psn account made before 19/18 should work i have the same problem with new accounts

I think i'm screwed all my old accounts got banned.
