Help to downgrade firmware 4.50 ITA DEX

Hey My ps3 Will not let me downgrade my ps3 firmware I on 4.50 ita dex and and Can not downgrade to all firmwares and I have only restart my ps3 and Then say there is timed out to the servers on psn all time so please if you know how to fix Them please comment or call me on Skype
