How to unban GTA 5 account?

How about you stop playing it, you wouldn't have gotten banned.

I don't think there is a way to unbanned it
the only way of doing that is changing the console id

Changing CID doesn't unbann an account, only console. When you start playing, a message on the left bottom should say when your account gets unbanned. Don't worry, it's not permanent. Maybe 2 weeks or a month. Nothing you should worry about.
