Help with a Console ID

Hi all, I am so sorry about writing this post WITHOUT a console id, but I dont know where to ask!
I need help to get a console id (I am gonna post it here if I get it) and the ps3 is actually not working, it turns on but then nothing happens and it turns off again. I don't know how to get the cid, is there some method to get a cid from a not working console?

If it was jailbroken already and u have dumps you can get it from there if it wasn't jailbroken then u need a e3flasher To get

The console was on a OFW, and I don't even have a dump file.. :/
