Help with SPRX

I install SPRX mod for gta 5,but he is not workin why?
I am on DEX (4.65.2 rebug)

I put SPRX file this
DEX - Put the VehicleSpawner.sprx in devhdd0/tmp. Put the EBOOT.BIN in devhdd0/games/BLES01807/USRDIR
