how do you turn off the maximum psn accounts for this system has been made

ok guys i know there is a way but i forgot it, but it is something on debug settings you turn either off or on to remove the message saying max accounts for this system has been made blablabla... it's because of the console id! any help would be alot appreciated

oh yes they do and i seriously can't make a new account because of that haha lol

but it is really easy to turn off! i just don't remember how

Just make a account on the pc and sign into it
