how to change cid WITHOUT downgrading

All you need to do is install the apk of ps3ita manager (You dont need to be on ita i do it on 4.46.2 REBUG)
then click start then go to network tools then new console id then put inthe new console id. Now you need PSN Patch (another apk file) now one you load that up click x on the remote (This also helps you not get banned) plus if your on dex do the rebug toolbox thing before this

That is all for my tutorial.

P.S. I use this method instead of downgrading takes too much time!

I dont think this would help. The problem is that spoofs are patched and firmwares less than 4.66 dont work. Its not a problem with changing a cid. If this is just about changing cids you can do it through psninja, ccapi 2.60, or other rtm tools that have a cid changer. Sidradis bo2 tool for example

No but there is a rumor of a 4.70 its not confirmed. Somehow sony must have done something that made it to where people on any firmware less than 4.66 cant go online now. They basically made firmware spoofers useless. I have no idea how and eapecially how they did it without putting it in an update
