This was a fix to the problem for my PS3 when the store option doesn’t pop up and where you’re in an infinite loop on connecting to online services and this may be a fix for you.
Same problem? Follow these steps:
1. On CCAPI Manager, set the public CID on boot and set it as your CID
2. Open BO2 on your PS3 *WITHOUT* signing into PSN.
3. When you’re on the menu, sign into PSN.
4. As soon as you sign in, change your CID to all zeroes but don’t set the all zeroes as your boot up CID
The store option should appear and you can sign into bo2 online!
