Hello Guys After Lots Of Research Realised That A Spoofer Will Not Get You Online I Was Using Ita 4.50 Spoofing To 4.70 And Didnt Work Nothing To Do With What Region I Was In As People Thought Because I Changed To Rebug 4.75.3 And Bang Im Playing Black Ops On Line Heres Some File To Help You Get Going

Just Downgrade To 3.55 With Downgrader Then Install Rebug On Top Of That Take You 10 Mins Also Included Cccapi 2.60 Rev 7 Which You Can Use On Rebug.

i didnt use any of these files. but i did follow the method and it works. i went to the rebug website and updated my ps3 to 4.81.2 and i was able to get online with bo3. had to use a custom eboot as well.
