SIMPLE
FOLLOW THIS STEPS

1phone pegasus for your tank and get in it

2. kill a friend and tell them to request a 1v1

3. use phone and accept the 1v1 invitationnow the tank belongs to nobody give it to your friend and phone for another.

this should work with other vehicles too.

I got another method. You go get a tank give it to a friend and then you go mod shop and then order another tank
