hello crunchers!

First of this does NOT fix a broken bluRay drive! it tells you how to keep it from getting broken.

ok guys some important information about this is.

i have had a cfw ps3 for a long with a broken bd drive! it first got broken after a few weeks of having it.
but i have gotten a new CFW ps3, and i have noticed that...

everytime you are gonna play a backed up game from either multiman, ps3ita manager or so...
DO NOT have any disc inside of your ps3 when you are playing a backed up game

make sure you do not have a disc inside and when you launch your game from multiman or so go to the app/home/ps3 or whatever it says above the install package files and launch it there without a disc inside!

i cannot confirm this but this has worked fine for me so far so im gonna keep up like that and hopefully it won't get broken and hopefully this helped you :)

If here is no original Blu-ray disc PS3 game inside the tray? How i'am i suppose to load the back up game from multiMAN? Because most of the game required an original game to boot up.

then use only the disk, just don't click on a backed up game in multiman then have a disc inside the tray while playing a backed up game. or use the discless function in iris manager. problem solved ;)
