PS3 How to setup PS3 for GTA5 RTM modding? [CCAPI]

What do the settings need to be set to and stuff like that.

special eboot or debug ?
if we are on DEX ITA do we need a debug eboot to rtm?

Well RTM in general is for DEX only,
RTM: Real Time Modding

But to RTE its through CCAPI for CEX and DEX,
RTE: Real Time Editing

Its really simple to setup and do for CCAPI method, TMAPI method requires wired connection from OC to Console.
If doing CCAPI method, you best make sure its installed and up to date with your PS3's CFW support.

It has been a long while since i set up for GTA5 modding.
I think i recall NP nvironment for the game to run and dual boot settings for DEX TMAPI but i'm just trying to do the CCAPI route.

Issue:
One rtm tool connects and attaches but only allows god mode, no cops, and inf ammo.
The other rtm tool doesnt even connect.
(this is all for single player) I mainly wanted to use for the teleportation and spawning cars. I dislike wasting non-story time searching for cars and traveling.

For starters the program must be for your game region, if its not it wont work. Regards to connection process you need to update the PS3Lib.dll to your current version.

My game region: BLUS
Status: Connected and Attached.
End Result: Partial accessibility... can only use the "General RTM" portion.

Hmm, i would assume that those features only work offline then if at all.

They work online also but i don't use them online.
