Open up notepad and copy and paste this code into it.

java -DsocksProxyHost=proxy ip -DsocksProxyPort=the proxy ip's port -Xmx800m -jar Minecraft.exe

Now go here and find a fast ip from your country.
The red circle represents the proxy's ip and the blue represents the proxy's port. Put the ip and the port number in the code I gave you before in notepad.
So your code will look like this, with the ip and port you chose from hidemyass.com.

Now save this file as Minecraft Proxy.bat to the "bin" folder in your ".minecraft" folder and in filetype make sure you have the "All files" option selected before you save it like this.
Now go to your Minecraft.exe file and copy and paste it into the "bin" folder of your ".minecraft" folder. Now you should see the "Minecraft" and "Minecraft Proxy" files in your bin folder.
Now make a shortcut for the Minecraft Proxy file and drag it onto your desktop so you can access it easily. Then double click it and it should open up cmd and run the code opening up your minecraft with the proxy ip you have chosen.
This will hide your ip and it will unban you from any server you have been ip banned on.
(Just thought I'd share this, many people don't know how to do it.)
