I'm trying to use vmware to download an eboot.bin file from consolecrunch.com to test the legitamacy of it before deciding to put the eboot.bin file on PS3. I'm such a noob with virtual machines, so please bear with me.
How do I know if it's set up correctly? How do I know that when I download a file, it's going to the virtual machine and not the host computer? Where are downloaded files and stuff stored when using the virtual machine?
What else do I need to know?
