HOWTO-- Get Online After 4.70 Update [DEX Only]

What you need is a DEX PS3!
Mine is PS3ITA 4.50 DEX!!
We are going to install REBUG 4.65.2 D-REX!!!

(NOTE)
A Fresh Install Of the FW before doing this lowers brick chance.
You must do these steps in order.

Make Sure Debug Setting Are Like This:
Np environment = np
Release Check Mode = Development mode
Boot Mode = System Software Mode
Network Settings For Debug = Single Settings

First; you need to be on DEX CFW

Second; you need to have no spoofs installed, to be more safe

Third; you need install REBUG 4.65.2 D-REX

Fourth; you need to install REBUG TOOLBOX 02.02.02, once installed check that System Mode is set to "Normal" and that Cobra Mode is set to "Disabled"

Fifth; you need to install the spoof homebrew, so install the package file and run the software

Sixth; you need to install it then activate it... Your PS3 should save/backup some files and then ask to restart... do a HARD reboot

Seventh; you need to check that your PS3 is now on 4.66 so goto your Settings>System Information on your XMB and you should see that its 4.66

Eighth; you should now be set to go online

If you want to have less chance of being Console ID banned then make sure to wipe your PS3 history everytime after you run homebrew.

hmm im unsure really i havent tried playing that game yet. have you tried changing your Boot Mode to Release Mode? might fix issue.

Alright in Rebug Toolbox you need to goto Selector>System Mode>Change to REBUG! This will give you the Debug Settings. However you wont be able to access PSN! Once you change your Boot Mode to Release Mode, then go back to Rebug Toolbox and goto Selector>System Mode>Change to Normal! Then try your game.
 
Note: CCAPI v2.60 still is supported for this so you dont need to install CCAPI v2.60Rev2
