I can do that but while being offline and trying to sign in while being in a game it says that I need to go to network settings and enable the internet

Murk i told you the answer Go to settings then scroll down to network settings make sure internet connection is enabled and then test connection. Also if on rebug firmware open rebug tool box go all the way right then scroll all the way down til you see Change Active PSID hit X on that and You want to hit X on EID CEX everytime before you can sign in

Bro quit game go XMB scroll accross to settings then go down to network settings and click test connection tell me what it says
