Don't say it doesn't because you don't know how to use it. To dump your IDPS you need to get in the What's New section on PS3 and then enter one of the ads and then it'll dump the cid.

The IP address the program gave me. The IP address that my router is on... when you type "-p 1337 idps.bin" and click enter it should give gou the IP the proxy started on and the port which in 1337.

There's a method of copying the program path but since you don't believe it works I won't tell you how it it. And the program works.

Drag idpsstealer.exe into command. After where it says idpsstealer.exe go space then you type (-p 1337 idps.bin) with spaces like the video and click enter it should say the IP the proxy started on and the port which in 1337.

Set up your ps3 in network setup to run proxy enter your pc IP as IP and port 1337 as per video.

To dump your IDPS you need to get in the what's new section on PS3 and then enter one of the ads and then it'll dump the cid to your pc as a "idps.bin" file.

Then open the idps.bin file in a hex veiwer and there is your idps.

The problem is it cant connect when i enter a proxy.

After i save to those settings i want to test the internet and it cant connect
What am i doing wrong then?

Ok i got it to work, the firewall was blocking it.
Now i get an error in CMD when opening an ad in the whatsnew section

Well i cant get it to work cause everything went fine but when i clicked on the ads of the whats new section the ps3 screen goes dark and nothing happens on the CMD
