As we all know Grand Theft Auto has always had a large community of modders, that become more main stream when GTA IV was released. In GTA IV we seen for the first time, what was truly possible. We seen modifications like the classic Superman mod, to menus full of different modifications.

But for the PC community, they have always taken it a step further. Since with the PC version, there are more capabilities than with consoles. Programmers are more free to develop and create modifications. Now programmers in the PC community have been developing a 4K Ultra HD mod for Grand Theft Auto 5.
