No, bescause you need any patcher to patch CiD. In OFW you can't launch any program.

There was but has been patched now .

Only way now is a hardware flasher E3 flashers which are everywhere to buy and are easy to install an get a good dump .

Change your cid via the normal methods same on all cfw .

Or get it on a CFW, and display the CID

Its nolonger possible since Sony patched it! But you can check what OFW you can downgrade to by up****** with MinVerChk: http://www.mediafire.com/download/kcv3xawddgffu6d/PS3UPDAT.PUP it wont update or brick your ps3 its just gonna give error and let you know how low of a OFW you can go!

If your ps3 can go below 3.55 then get a e3 flasher with everything required and should be fun.

some people are trying to create rtm tools which pull clients CIDs. would be sick and the end of ps3 but yolo
