Is this method good to go online?

Hey,
So i started playing online on 4.46 Rebug which is spoofed to 4.55 using ZOFMOD's spoofer.
I use my own console id and my own PSID. At the moment i play Cod Ghosts and Fifa 14. I want to play Gta V.
I just go online, select the game on multiman and go online. Is there anything else i should do!
what is ccapi? should i use psninja?
Or any better methods to go online and not get ban!!
Please give me a good method and a method to play gta v without getting banned.
