Today, well-known actress Lindsay Lohan has just filed a lawsuit against Rockstar Games, as she is saying that the developers has used her in the game Grand theft auto 5 as an in-game character, as rockstar games did not have the premission to do this in grand theft auto 5. As the press reported that the lawsuit got filed in a court in Manhatten Manhattan.
The lawsuit says that the in-game character Lacey Jonas is an in-game version of Lindsay lohan.
The game even features the hotel of West Hollywood, hotel Chateau Marmont hotel, where Lohan used to live.
A side-mission in Grad theft auto 5 makes the players play thorugh a mission that requires them to save Jonas from all the paparazzies, possibly referencing Lindsay lohan's lifestyle. Jonas says: "I'm the voice of a generation!" when Michael says that he has no idea who she is
At the date of December 2013, TMZ reported about Lohan's lawyers being in the process of drafting a lawsuit. As it said in the report, Lindsay wants some "serious money" As of today, no one has mentioned what Lindsay is hoping to get from this lawsuit again Rockstar games
